One of our main goals as a company is to make our customers happy with every single pot we sell. We do through rigorous quality control and expert packing techniques refined of the past 75 years. 

In spite of these efforts, sometimes bad things happen to good pots, and our priority becomes resolving your claims as quickly and fairly as possible.

  • No merchandise may be returned. 
  • A restocking fee of 25% will apply to any order that are cancelled within 1 week of the original ship date.
  • Credits or refunds may be issued for merchandise determined to be broken or defective. 
  • All claims must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order, and must be noted on Proof of Delivery Receipt.
  • To file a claim, please visit and complete the form with the following information: Item information / Quantity of impacted items / Photos of the damaged items.
  • Per trucking company requirements, breakage MUST be noted on the proof of delivery documentation in order to have a claim honored. If there is clear evidence of damage, the consignee should notate the damages on the BOL before signing. If there is no visible damage at the time of shipment, the consignee should notate “Possible Undisclosed Damage” on the BOL. This information will assist Ceramo should we need to file a claim with our freight carrier.
