The minimum order quantity is $1,000.00. For orders less than $1,000.00 a $75.00 handling and packing surcharge will apply. Orders less than $1,000 will not be eligible for any discounts, promotional pricing, nor extended dating.
All shipments are collect (FOB Jackson, MO 63755) unless otherwise agreed upon in advance at the time the order is placed.
Ceramo will arrange and schedule freight unless a pick-up appointment is specifically requested.
Pick-ups must be scheduled and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance of the shipment date.
Pick up hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm (excludes holidays).

Products and Size
Many of our products are hand-crafted. Every piece that we sell is unique. Slight variations in size, weight, color or decoration are to be expected. Small cracks may sometimes appear on the bottom of our outdoor pieces. These cracks are a result of the traditional firing methods used to manufacture these pots. These are NOT considered a defect and in no way impact the structural integrity of the item. All of our products are made with the highest quality standards.
We like to say that “all of our cast-iron urns are guaranteed to rust”. Each pot is treated with an anti-rust coating before it leaves the manufactory factory, but this will wear off over time. If you would like to restore your urn to a “like new” finish, we suggest regularly using Rust-oleum or a similar product. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Check or Wire Transfer in $USD.
Net 30 terms can be established upon approval from our credit department.
Past Due Invoices
A 1.5% finance charge will be applied to all past due invoices greater than 30 days past due. This is an annual percentage rate of 18%.
Damage Claims & Returns
No merchandise may be returned.
A restocking fee of 25% will apply to any order that are cancelled within 1 week of the original ship date.
Credits or refunds may be issued for merchandise determined to be broken or defective.
All claims must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order, and must be noted on Proof of Delivery Receipt.
To file a claim, please visit www.ceramousa.com/claims and complete the form with the following information: Item information / Quantity of impacted items / Photos of the damaged items.
Per trucking company requirements, breakage MUST be noted on the proof of delivery documentation in order to have a claim honored. If there is clear evidence of damage, the consignee should notate the damages on the BOL before signing. If there is no visible damage at the time of shipment, the consignee should notate “Possible Undisclosed Damage” on the BOL. This information will assist Ceramo should we need to file a claim with our freight carrier.
